Battle Stlye
Anima’s Pain attack is amazingly strong. If you
want an easy battle then just whip out Anima and
the Battle will be over before it’s even started.

General Information
A very nice touch to Square’s Latest Masterpiece I
never thought I’d ever see a summon who could easily
power over Final Fantasy VII’s Knights of the Round.

Location

Baaj Temple.

How To Obtain

In order to obtain Anima first of all you will need the airship.
From there you need to go to Baaj Temple which is one the
Airship’s hidden coordinates: X axis 11-16 and Y axis 57-63.
The second thing you will have needed to do is Collect all the
bonus Items which you obtain in each Cloyster of Trials by using
the Destruction Spheres found in each temple. These Temples are
Besaid, Killika, Djose, Macalania, Bevelle and Zanarkand. You can
revisit all the temples expect Bevelle you only have one chance to
do that. However if you were to return to Macalania and Besaid you
would have to face Dark Valefor and Dark Shiva. You will have to
return to the Zanarkand Trials in order to obtain the secret item
there. Once you’ve done that you will have to enter Baaj temple.
This was where Tidus started of in Spira and was attacked by Geosgaeno
. Well it’s payback. You have the chance to defeat this monster, but
I must warn you he is a lot harder than he was at the beginning his
HP is 32767. Unfortunately you can only use Tidus, Wakka and Rikku.
So you can not use your strong and powerful aeons. What I would do
is make sure your whole party has stone ward which you can customise
a Armour in order to have. Even with that equipped you may find that
his stone punch will still be effective it puts one party member out
of action for the rest of the battle. I found spare change very useful
against him if you’ve got a lot of money to waste but otherwise using
overdrives is very effective. If one of your party gets swallowed by him
use the trigger command struggle. It may not take off a lot of damage but
it’s the best you can do and the counter attack to struggle can often put
your character out of action quickly. Once inside the temple all you need
to do is use the action command (X) button on all the statues in there
then look at the glyph on the wall and you are seconds away from
obtaining the mighty aeon Anima.
