Thunder Plains:
A land where lightning & thunder never stops. Besides buildings
fixed with grounding poles, the whole place is also filled
with individual lightning distruptors. Before the people of
Spira had step upon this place, the lightning had already
created many holes on the ground, hence the uneven plains.
